CANCELATIONS ON MASSAGE SERVICES MUST BE DONE MORE THAN 24 HRS OUT FROM SERVICE FOR REFUND. CANCELATIONS WITHIN 24 HR PERIOD ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. IN INSTANCE OF MEDICAL EMERGENCY OR OTHERWISE YOU MAY REACH OUT VIA EMAIL TO REQUEST A REFUND, HOWEVER REFUNDS ARE NOT GUARANTEED AND ARE AT BUSINESSES DISCRETION.

MASSAGE PACKAGES AND GIFT CARDS ARE NOT SUBJECT TO REFUND.

MASSAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS MAY BE CANCELD AT ANYTIME, HOWEVER PAYMENTS MADE ON SUBCRIPTION BEFORE CANCELATION ARE NOT SUBJECT TO REFUND.
